Phil Cronin is an experienced IT consultant with over 20 years’ experience across a diverse range of industries including Mining, FMCG, Telco and Government. With a degree in IT and a CCIE certification, Phil combines his technical expertise with proven abilities to manage complex business-critical programs of work, Phil is an articulate individual, able to communicate at all levels of business with a clear focus on achieving quantifiable business benefits, striving to improve operations and increase efficiencies.
As an IT Program Manager, Phil has lead programs of work to enable the successful establishment of IT programs that supported the mergers of mining companies in Peru and Africa, the establishment of IT and OT infrastructure for a new mine in Queensland, and led non-IT projects in Shared Business Service Functions.
Throughout his career, Phil has been a committed, focused, outcome-driven IT professional with a relentless pursuit to deliver success and tangible ROI for an organisation's IT investment.
